Description And Requirements

Specific Responsibilities:1. Effectively negotiating/coordinating resource availability, timelines, and funding to support internal EDG work efforts and external segment team’s expectations and requirements.
  • This includes regular communications at both portfolio and product levels to ensure that all key stakeholder expectations and requirements are proactively managed.
  • Serving as primary BMS owner for assigned segments and ensuring that all key BMS checkpoints, interlocks, and communications are handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • This includes understanding where BMS constraints may be a limitation to the overall business and providing alternatives and mitigation plans outside of normal BMS for consideration and approval.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Fluent in English.
  • 2-3 years corporate experience in project management, portfolio management, BMS management or related operational experience demonstrating a track record of successful management of tasks and requirements experience successfully managing projects with multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational/planning skills.
  • Entry level project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally with operations, product marketing, product development, and other organizations.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments and high-pressure situations.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a variety of globally located internal and external stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks and deliverables remotely in a “virtual” work environment.
  • PMP certification preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments and high-pressure situations.
