Senior/Lead Product Designer

What Will you do:

• Create and validate experiences through wireframes, prototypes and visual assets
• Design intuitive interfaces optimized for conversion in healthcare
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Drive design decisions balancing usability, consistency and business goals
• Develop premium UI for all devices with equal focus on web and mobile

What are we looking for:

• 2-4 years experience in product/UX design for web/mobile applications
• Self-motivated with strong visual design and micro-interaction skills
• Experience with mobile interfaces and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency with tools like Framer for interactive prototyping and design handoff
• Startup and healthcare/e-commerce background preferred
• Ability to lead projects and quickly incorporate feedback
• Design degree and passion for luxury-styled aesthetics
• Strong desire to support the company’s goals, team initiatives, and the broader product vision
